The last phase, however, is designed for the individual with the beginnings of what would consistently effective eating and exercise habit.

For some people, this is the hardest part of the book diet 17 day because that is when you need to consume more than 1200 calories a day. However, this is also the phase in which the results are most visible, how people are likely to throw a lot of weight of water. As explained in Dr. Moreno, that is also part of, in which individuals learn about bad dietary habits – and kick out of their system. This phase is also what allows the body to burn fat more efficiently and benefit from more hydration and cleaning.

At this stage, there are two plans — the old plan introduced in 1 phase and then here's the new plan, which allows individuals to increase their intake of calories. It's what Moreno also known as process, in which "calorie confusion" should in fact people better serve for losing weight.

This section is to make use of the possibility of confusion, the calories in its metabolism work harder than as well as stimulating the process of burning fat the body. Individuals are winding changes implemented in his diet plan for this stage, less likely to lose interest in, at the end of the programme. At this stage, individuals can lose five to six pounds.

This is when the body is allowed to gradually adjust and stabilize. Another priority is placed above the consumption of healthier food. Finally, proponents of the 17 day Cook can look forward to the next two to three pounds.

Aptly named phase means that "you" to your goal and you have lost the amount of weight you need to get rid of. At this stage, Dr. Moreno provides instructions about how to maintain ideal weight by using some of the plans designed for the older phase Cook 17 day to treat themselves with a controlled "splurge" on your favorite food.
